What if my driving record is not perfect?
DFW Trucking Recruiters obtain and reviews a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for every submitted driver applicant. Our recruiters review every application with extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

How much money I can make?
Local company drivers start out earning approximately $600.00 per week. Experienced drivers and owner operators earn substantially more. Experience, effort and consistency has a 1 to 1 ratio with earned income.

How often can I get paid?
DFW Trucking pays our drivers and owner operators on a consistent schedule. Drivers and owner operators work 1 week in arrears. Settlement pay out begin on the 2nd Friday worked. Drivers and owner operators are instructed to set up a direct payroll during the application process.

What is the rate of pay for a driver? Owner operator?
DFW driver’s pay start at 25% of line-haul rate. After 6 months of consistent and favorable performance, the pay rate is evaluated for a percentage increase up to 5%. While, Owner Operators are paid 78% of the line-haul plus 100% of the Fuel Surcharge.

After working the first week in arrears, Drivers and Owner Operators are paid each Friday for the loads that were satisfactorily delivered the prior week.
